Snowy River came into our rescue program on February 7, 2019. Snowy River came into our rescue program as an Owner Surrender. Snowy River is a Beautiful, Gray, Quarter Horse, Mare. Snowy River is estimated to be 20 years of age. Snowy River is a sweet girl and loves attention. She is emaciated with a body score of a 1. Snowy River stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Snowy River has an lameness issue in her hind leg that we are looking into. It appears it may be in her stifle. Snowy River has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she improves. Update September 2019 Snowy River is now seeking her forever family. Snowy River is a super sweet girl and loves attention. She is available as a COMPANION ANIMAL ONLY! Snowy River has some nerve damage in her hind leg from an old injury. She is comfortable and not in pain, but she does carry her hind leg quite dramatically. Snowy River gets along great with other horses. She will make someone a great companion animal. Snowy River has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance.
